Dude. I was watching "VH1 Classic Rock" last night and they started the show off with Motley Crue's "Dr. Feelgood".. followed by GNR "Welcome to the Jungle, Def Leppard "Foolin'", Bon Jovi's "Wild in the Streets", and Poison's "Every Rose". By that point I was ready to kill myself. Classic rock. I'm pretty sure that we decided in high school that when "our" music became classic rock and they were showing the videos we watched on VH1 that we were "officially old".. right Mrs. S?
I didn't think that it would happen before I was 30 though.. Maybe I should pull my Skid Row "Youth Gone Wild" shirt out of the closet? hee hee.

heh. you want to see something scary? check out the wikipedia entry for the lost boys - there's an entire section on how the soundtrack influenced the music industry. really.
