jumping on the IM train
Aug. 24th, 2005 02:08 pmWhee! another 1/2 day off work.
I've jumped on the Google Talk bandwagon, and can be found at (gasp!) flannelbutch.

Date: 2005-09-06 08:38 pm (UTC)i'm a completely random left coast lj person. i looked through all the downingtown people on lj and deemed you the coolest looking one of the lot, so that means that you are the one who i impose my downingtown-related favor on ;) my grandma lives near downingtown, and i haven't seen her in over a decade. i'm flying in to visit next week. i'm a vegetarian and i eat mostly organic food, so when i travel i generally google extensively to find grocery stores/coops/restaurants which can feed me. but i haven't found anything near downingtown that's similar :( i tried looking for trader joe's because i know the east coast has them too, but the only one i could find was in philly... and although i'd be perfectly willing to rent a car/take the train and shop there, my grandma is unenthusiastic about that ;)
i also prefer to avoid corporate coffeeshops/chains whenever possible, but being from seattle, i fit the stereotype of an espresso freak... so i thought you might also know about a place that's non-starbucks or etc... and preferably a place that would be cool with less traditional/typical people ;)
any help would be terribly appreciated... i google talk as makeitfunkynow at gmail dot com... or i'm on all the other ims as well..
