The house is off the market and will not be shown to anyone else, at all, ever. It's ours. (Pending satisfactory inspection, of course.)

I am so freaking happy I can't really express it. It doesn't help that I'm dead tired (last night's concert was incredible, and totally worth the insane exhaustion, though.)

Settlement is April 26th. Who's up for a smudging/blessing/good vibes/food and beer get-together on the 28th?
